Cheesecake Dip for Strawberries

Ingredients:

8 ounces cream cheese — softened
1/3 cup sugar
1 each egg — beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 quart Strawberries — fresh

Directions:

Mix the cream cheese and the sugar well. Add the
beaten egg and the vanilla; mix well. Microwave for 1
minute and stir. Microwave another minute and stir
again. Repeat this step until the dip reaches the
desired consistency. Be sure to scrape the sides of
the bowl when you beat. This dip can be served warm or
cold. You may spoon the dip over sliced strawberries
or dip whole berries in.

Ingredients-
1 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 oz) jar marshmallow cream

Directions-

In microwave, heat both ingredients for about 30 seconds. Mix well and serve with fresh fruit.

Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons White vinegar
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
4 Medium tomatoes diced
1 bunch green onions chopped
1 can chopped black olives
1 can chopped green chilies

Directions:

• Mix Olive Oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
• Add Tomatoes, Onion, Olives and Chilies.
• Refrigerate overnight. Or if in a hurry refrigerate for 3 hours.
• Serve with Corn Chips.
